See 'How it works' below.  Our photo collage cushions are a great way to showcase all your favourite snaps on one, personalised photo gift.  We have over 10 year's experience designing your photo-gift layout for you, taking the stress out of the layout process.  We create high quality gifts for you, this is not a computer- generated service like many similar companies.

•    A phone call to discuss your requirements
•    We send a layout for approval
•    You then advise and approve
•    You may also add text
•    We print the image and sew NO unsightly white borders
•    Hand made by us in the UK
•    No quibble returns
Why not call us if your image is damaged? We can repair damaged images as we will not print images that are not going to produce a great gift.

Shipping information

We aim to dispatch all goods within 3-5 business days from the order date.

We are delighted to be able to now offer extensive international shipping. If you need something sending to a country not shown within the checkout, please email info@welovecushions.co.uk for a postage quote.

We're sorry but we do not offer any Click and Collect service.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt, we offer an exchange or refund. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Faulty or Wrong Items

If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please email info@welovecushions.co.uk quoting your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return.

Distance Selling Regulations

Under the United Kingdom's distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from welovecushions.co.uk for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made in writing, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s), and can be sent by e-mail info@welovecushions.co.uk. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
