We are delighted to offer international delivery.

Collection

We’re sorry, but we do not currently offer a Click & Collect service.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

Please note that the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. For your protection, we recommend using a tracked delivery service that insures the value of the goods.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty item or the wrong product, please email info@welovecushions.co.uk
 with your name, address, product details and the reason for return. We will advise you on how to proceed.

Distance Selling Regulations

Under UK distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@welovecushions.co.uk

Once cancelled, goods must be returned to us in their original condition within 14 days. The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using an insured delivery service.
